• Choose Paste Card from the Edit menu.

The card and its background are added to the stack.  Erase any card-specific text, buttons, and pictures.  Any cards you add while viewing this card (or any of its descendents) will have the new background.

If the stack you're adding the card to already contains the new card's background, no new background will be added.

Stack Info in the Objects menu shows how many backgrounds the current stack contains.
